Delivery and payment

Payments: Uyu beauty uses various digital payment platforms such as PayPal, Mercado Pago, and Kueski Pay. You can make your payment in cash, with or without a card, or electronic transfer via SPEI. Your financial information is secure, and your data is protected by these companies' Buyer Protection Policy against unauthorized payments to your account. Uyu beauty does not receive or store information from PayPal, Mercado Pago, or Kueski Pay. You acknowledge that you must abide by the terms and conditions of these Payment Platforms and provide the information they require to process your payment, including, but not limited to, card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and security code. Uyu beauty is not obligated nor will it be responsible for any dispute that may arise from the transaction between you and the Payment Platforms; however, we promise to make our best efforts to help you resolve them.

1. Through PayPal, you can make the payment using either your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
2. Direct payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) through Paypal Plus.
3. Through Mercado Pago, you can make your payment using your Mercado Pago funds, a credit or debit card, cash, electronic transfer via SPEI, or PayPal.
4. With Kueski Pay, you can buy now and pay later without a credit card. You can choose the term and interest rate that best suits you. Kueski Pay is a digital payment method for your online purchases with affiliated merchants, giving you the opportunity to purchase products without a credit card.

Steps to use Kueski Pay :

1. Fill your shopping cart.
2. Select Kueski Pay as your payment method at checkout.
3. Complete the form with your details.
4. Once your credit has been authorized and your purchase is complete.
5. Kueski Pay will make the payment directly to Uyu Beauty.
6. Pay Kueski Pay on time within the period you have chosen.

Shipping: We ship throughout Mexico via ESTAFETA, FEDEX, UPS, or DHL for $135 pesos per order. In some destinations, we ship via a different courier than the one selected at the time of purchase, with the same pricing and delivery times. Once the purchase is authorized, the average delivery time for an order from Uyu beauty to the courier company will be one to seven business days, starting on the day after the purchase.

Shipments take 3 to 7 business days to reach their final destination, however, there are certain cities or towns that are considered extended areas by the courier companies and delivery times may be slightly longer and Uyu Beauty has no control over this.

If you place an order for more than $1,400.00 pesos, shipping is free.

All orders are subject to confirmation of product availability. In the event of inventory or system errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the product.

    *Clarifications:

    - Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume, contingencies, inclement weather, or extraordinary events such as new product launches, holidays, and vacations.
    - Uyu beauty is not financially responsible for unfortunate events such as theft or loss of the package during the transit of your order or case of excessive delivery time caused by transportation services or loss of products due to force majeure, fortuitous event, strikes whether of the entity itself, sectoral or general or those promoted by workers of courier and transportation services and / or communications, the shipping company is responsible for shipping problems / situations, however, we promise to make our best efforts to support you to follow up.
    - If the person or address provided cannot be found, your order will be returned to our facilities and you will be required to pay for a new shipment.
    - If no one can receive the package, you will need to file a report in a timely manner with the corresponding courier and pick it up at the branch as the service occurs.
    - Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday or the following business day.
    - Once the order has been collected by the courier, any changes or clarifications must be reviewed directly with them, as Uyu Beauty enters the data provided by the customer and has no way of providing additional information.

    To check the status of your order, you can do so directly using your tracking number on the carrier's websites. If you need additional information about your package, we suggest contacting the carrier's customer service team directly.

    Questions about your order: If you have any problems or questions about your order, you can contact the shipping company directly or at info@uyubeauty.com, and our team will be happy to help you resolve them.

    Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: All matters relating to this membership agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of PROFECO. In the event of any dispute, the client/user understands that they will waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the first judicial district of the State of Jalisco.

    Envíos y tiempos de entrega

    Los gastos de envío se calculan individualmente dependiendo de su dirección. Los envíos son gratis en compras a partir de $1,500. El tiempo de entrega estimado es de 1 a 3 días hábiles. De no estar disponible el servicio de entrega express en tu código postal, el envío se realiza por el servicio terrestre con tiempo de entrega estimado de 3 a 7 días hábiles. Si tu pago es acreditado antes de las 2 pm ese mismo día se envía tu paquete, de lo contrario se envía el día hábil siguiente. Los envíos se hacen de lunes a viernes. No hacemos envíos en fines de semana y días festivos. Asegúrate de incluir todas las referencias relevantes de la dirección de envío para facilitar la entrega de tu paquete y evitar retrasos. Por ejemplo: número exterior, número interior, entre calles, si hay caseta, color de la fachada, etc. Es responsabilidad del cliente darle seguimiento a su envío una vez que recibe los datos de rastreo en su correo electrónico. Una vez que el paquete está en posesión de la empresa de mensajería, nosotros no tenemos control sobre los tiempos de entrega y/o retrasos que se pudieran presentar por condiciones climáticas, temporada alta o retrasos logísticos de las paqueterías. En caso de que el cliente no se encuentre en su domicilio durante los intentos de entrega y/o no recoja su paquete en el tiempo indicado, es su responsabilidad hacer el pago por cualquier cargo adicional. No nos hacemos responsables en caso de que el paquete sea abandonado, destruido o extraviado por falta de seguimiento o respuesta del cliente. En caso de que el paquete sea extraviado, el cliente deberá enviar lo antes posible un correo electrónico a kboxmxmanagement@gmail.com para notificarlo y hacer válido nuestro seguro contra robo o extravío. Si el cliente no reporta cualquier anomalía en el lapso de 1 mes después de haber realizado su compra, The Beauty Box México no puede hacer válido el seguro contra robo o extravío.
